Ralph Andino is a native Californian first admitted to practice law in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 2002 followed by California in 2005. Ralph earned his Juris Doctorate from
Widener University in 2001, a Masters of Science degree in Management from New York University (NYU) in 1998 and his Bachelor of Arts degree in History and
American Studies from Rutgers University in 1993.
Ralph began the practice of law by serving a year-long term in the prestigious position of judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul W. Armstrong, J.S.C. of Somerset County in the New Jersey Superior Court; where he gained valuable experience researching and drafting opinions for the
regular motion and trial calendars of the Chancery and Law Divisions,
both Criminal and Civil Parts, and acting as mediator for the Law
Division, Civil Part, in varied matters.
Ralph then moved into private practice with the firm of Bell, Gage &
Harbeck in Denville, New Jersey, focusing on the practice areas of
civil, criminal and family law. As part of his practice Ralph was a municipal Public Defender for Randolph and Boonton Townships. Included was the invaluable experience of a successful motion practice accompanied by numerous favorable trial verdicts. In 2005 Ralph and his family moved to California where he began working in the Northern California Bay Area practicing civil and criminal litigation focusing on insurance defense including Toxic and Mass Tort Litigation, Medical Malpractice and Personal Injury in addition to his criminal practice.
In January 0f 2013 Ralph opened his practice at the current location in American Canyon on Antonina Avenue where he demonstrates the culmination of the experience he has obtained in criminal and civil litigation. Included in his criminal practice is representation of individuals charged with First and Second Degree and Misdemeanor charges, DUI and Domestic Violence. Ralph also represents Minors charged with Juvenile offenses as well. For his Civil Practice Ralph provides services on issues of Corporate Start Up and Governance; Business Services, Contract Disputes, Estate Planning, Wills and Trusts, Personal Injury, Bankruptcy and Immigration. Ralph actively contributes a significant amount of time pro bono in local and regional causes.
Ralph is active in the City of American Canyon and Napa County. He is an active member of the Kiwanis Club, Chamber of Commerce and Mens' Club. He and his family attend the Holy Family Catholic Church and he volunteers with the American Canyon Little League where he volunteers as Manager, Umpire and League Treasurer.
